A: Tickets are available through our official website and authorised ticket partners only. We strongly recommend booking in advance as many of our events sell out before the day. Purchasing through official channels ensures your ticket is valid and protects you from third-party scams.

Q: Can I buy tickets on the gate?
A: No. All tickets must be purchased online in advance. We operate a digital ticketing system to manage capacity and ensure a smooth entry process for all guests.

Q: What time do events start and finish?
A: Most events follow the schedule below, however exact timings may vary depending on the event:

• Gates Open: 13:00

• Last Entry: 19:00

• Event Finish: 23:00

Please always check your ticket or the specific event page for confirmed timings.

Q: Is there an age restriction?
A: Yes. Most music events at Wheelers Farm are strictly 18+. Valid physical photo ID is required for entry. Some daytime events such as markets or cinema nights may be family friendly — please check the event listing for details.

Q: What happens if an event is cancelled or rescheduled?
A: In the unlikely event that an event is cancelled or rescheduled, all ticket holders will be contacted via email by the ticket provider with further information regarding refunds or ticket transfers.

🆔 ID & Security

Q: What ID do you accept?
A: We accept the following forms of ID:

• Valid Passport

• Valid UK Driving Licence

We do not accept photographs, photocopies, expired ID, or digital versions.

Q: Will there be security and bag searches?
A: Yes. For the safety and comfort of all guests, security checks and bag searches are carried out on entry. Anyone refusing to cooperate with security staff may be refused entry.

Q: Are there medical or welfare services on site?
A: Yes. All events at Wheelers Farm include trained first aid and welfare staff to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

🍻 Food & Drink

Q: Can I bring my own food or alcohol?
A: No outside food or drink is permitted on site. This includes alcohol. Our events feature a range of licensed bars and food traders offering a variety of options throughout the day and evening.

Q: Will there be food available?
A: Yes. Wheelers Farm hosts a curated selection of street food traders offering everything from festival favourites to international cuisine.

Q: Is water available?
A: Yes. Free water refill stations are available on site for all guests.

🚗 Travel & Parking

Q: Is there parking available?
A: Yes. Limited on-site parking is available at Wheelers Farm. We encourage guests to use taxis, car sharing, or public transport where possible to help reduce congestion.

Q: Are taxis available after the event?
A: Yes. Local taxi services operate in the area. We recommend booking your return journey in advance where possible.

Q: Is transport available to the train station?
A: On selected events we operate return shuttle buses to the nearest train station for a small fee. Please speak to event staff or the promoter on the day for details.

Q: What is the nearest train station?
A: Chelmsford Station is the closest station and is approximately 12 minutes by car from Wheelers Farm.

🏕 Camping

Q: Can I camp overnight?
A: Camping is planned for future events but is not currently available on event days. When camping launches, it will require a separate camping ticket purchased in advance.

Q: Will camping facilities be available?
A: Future camping areas will include toilet facilities. Shower facilities are not currently planned but may be added in future.

A: Yes. Wheelers Farm is available for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, festivals, cinema nights, food festivals, and large-scale outdoor experiences.
